This error means you do have an MYOB 2FA account, but the account is not linked to your MYOB Acumatica user profile.
To fix this yourself, you need:
- to know the password for your 2FA account, and
- have access to the 2FA method for that account (e.g. the phone you used to receive 2FA codes by text).
If you have both, follow the steps below. Otherwise, you need to contact your usual support person for MYOB Acumatica.
- Click Already have an MYOB account?. The Sign in to MYOB screen opens.
- Enter your email address and click Next.
- Enter your password and click Sign in. Your MYOB 2FA account is now linked to your MYOB Acumatica user profile. You can use the purple Secure Authentication button to sign in.
