Go Live and Closure Phase

The Go Live and Closure Phase of implementation takes you live on the new system, provides immediate post-go-live support, transitions to “business as usual” teams, and officially closes the project.

During this phase you will:

  • Have support during the initial go-live period,
  • Help in ensuring data accuracy with opening balances,
  • Participate in project closure activities.

In this phase, you will engage with the Customer Success and Support teams, and Services will confirm your readiness to transition into Live Phases.
