2024R2/2025R1 Users login issue
Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Forbid Login with Password value True Forbid Login with Password is read only for Partner Users / Forbid Login with Password must be enabled for users with roles or licenses that require password login to be forbidden/ Invalid Credentials / Invalid Credentials

Issue
Users may be unable to log in if:
- They have used MYOB ID before (Have a MYOB ID account)
- Their account is marked as Forbid Login With Password
- Their native user account is not already associated to their MYOB ID account
- They try to log in from the main screen using either the Green or Purple buttons - error: "Invalid credentials"
This will primarily affect PARTNER users
Workaround
Use “RESEND ONBOARDING EMAIL” from the Users screen ( SM201010 ), the one time links generated in onboarding emails work to associate directly.
or
If atleast one Partner user can login UNTICK ForbidLogin With password for user, sign in, and associate manually in product. Partner users would need to be swapped off Partner license due to effects of External Identity Management screen design limitations.
or
If no Partner users can login, contact support with written approval from the customer for MYOB to remove the People Payroll User role from affected Partner users
