2024R2/2025R1 Partner users login issue

Issue

Users may be unable to log in if:

  • They have used MYOB ID before (Have a MYOB ID account)
  • Their account is marked as Forbid Login With Password
  • Their native user account is not already associated to their MYOB ID account
  • They try to log in from the main screen using either the Green or Purple buttons.

This will primarily affect PARTNER users

Workaround

  1. Use “RESEND ONBOARDING EMAIL” from the Users screen ( SM201010 ), the one time links generated in onboarding emails work to associate directly.
