2024R2/2025R1 Partner users login issue

Issue
Users may be unable to log in if:
- They have used MYOB ID before (Have a MYOB ID account)
- Their account is marked as Forbid Login With Password
- Their native user account is not already associated to their MYOB ID account
- They try to log in from the main screen using either the Green or Purple buttons.
This will primarily affect PARTNER users
Workaround
- Use “RESEND ONBOARDING EMAIL” from the Users screen ( SM201010 ), the one time links generated in onboarding emails work to associate directly.
