24R2 - Reset Password and Forgot Password issue

Issue

When using Forgot Password on Users screen - this sends the email with Reset password link but that reset button is just the image not linked to any URL

When using Reset Password on Users Profile (SM201010) - It gives "Error: The Notification has not been found"
