25R1 - Users with revoked screen access may still be able to access those screens

Issue

Users with revoked screen access in 2025 R1 may still be able to access those screens due to missing access-rights records being incorrectly interpreted as revoked in the UI, while the system grants access in the background. The issue affects multiple screens and roles

 

Workaround

Temporarily change the access level and reapplying the revoked setting
