Issue
The 2FA signup link in the original release of 24.1 (specifically 2024.114.202.2619) included a broken hyperlink as part of the associate user step. The link would instead display something like the below:
Workaround
Go to the External Identity Management screen ( MYSM2065 ).
And sign up for 2 factor association manually by following the instructions to Associate your Account
