There are two reasons you might get this error.
- You have an MYOB two-factor authentication (2FA) account, but you forgot your password or used the wrong one – for example, your 2FA password might be different from your MYOB Acumatica user profile password.
- You normally use the green Sign in button, but you tried the purple Secure Authentication button. This means you probably don't have a 2FA account.
Fixing the error
- Click Forgotten your password?.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for password reset instructions.
- If you receive an email, follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- If you don't receive an email (and it's not in your junk inbox), it means no 2FA account exists for that email address. See our instructions for signing up for a new MYOB 2FA account.
