Licensing for access to historical payroll data

Minimum licensing requirements for continued access to MYOB Acumatica Payroll after migrating to another system

If you still want access to historical data in MYOB Acumatica Payroll after moving to another system, you still need the appropriate licences.

The minimum licenses required to keep accessing payroll data are:

  • At least one Full User or People User licence, to give a user access to payroll-related screens, and
  • Any Payroll Employee Band entitlement. So long as you are no longer paying any employees through the system the minimum band is sufficient.

Both the employee entitlement and user licence are required.
