Active Payment Methods Not Displaying Under Customer Payment Method Tab on Process Bank Transactions scree
This may appear as an error such as: Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Payment Method value xx. Error: Payment Method 'xx' cannot be found in the system.
Workaround
Newly created payment methods in recent versions (2024 R1+) appear as expected, so recreate if possible. Otherwise contact Support for a workaround script
