Using the discussion forums as an MYOB Acumatica user
The Acumatica discussion forums cover a wide range of topics with an international scope. We've worked with Acumatica to make it easy for you to find and create posts that make it clear that you're using MYOB Acumatica.
The first step is to go to the discussion forums and click Create topic!
Always use the MYOB tags
Whenever you make a post, always add one of the MYOB tags so that we (and other MYOB Acumatica users) can find your topics.
To do this, enter myob into the Tags search field at the bottom of the Create new topic screen, and select the one most relevant to your topic.
Add multiple tags if you need to, including non-MYOB tags, but always select at least one MYOB tag.
Use the MYOB User Discussions sub forum for local queries
The MYOB User Discussions sub forum is for MYOB Acumatica users to discuss the features unique to Australia or New Zealand, including:
- Payroll and self-service
- Bank feeds
- GST, BAS and STP
If you're not sure where to put a topic, don't worry. As long as you use the MYOB tags on your topics we'll be able to find them.
