AM201500 Planned variable overhead doesn’t match the Actual variable overhead even though the bill of material matches the actual production order

Issue 

The BOM Cost Summary correctly calculates and displays the Variable Overhead value based on the variable overhead rate and the lot size, but when production order is processed and the Move transactions are released, the Actual variable overhead value is updated and created a variance
