AP bills disappear from aging reports after reclassification

Issue

After a bill is reclassified (and for example subaccount in the bill's line is changed) it is no longer shown in the following AP reports: AP Balance by Vendor AP632500, AP Balance by Vendor MC AP633000, AP Aging AP631000, AP Aging MC AP631100, AP Aging by Project AP631200, AP Aged Period-Sensitive (AP630500), AP Aged Period-Sensitive by Project AP630600.
