Attachments and notes on Bills cannot be viewed in the Approvals form

When an attachment for a bill is clicked to be viewed in the Approvals screen, it does not open. This behaviour is currently working as designed. The system is designed so that the Approvals (EP503010) screen displays attachments linked to the related approval activity, allowing users to view any notes attached during the approval process.

Open in other modules to check document attachments, for example the attachments can be viewed in the Bills and Adjustments screen
