Bank Feeds status not updating / application not progressing

Issue
Bank Feed Refresh does not update status of feed
The feed is stuck on the status Pending or Open
Workaround
Previously we've been able to fix this via script, however now a customization will be provided which can be applied against the site to workaround the issue for this application and any future applications

This customization will need to be unpublished before the sites next upgrade
The customization will add a new Action button to the Track Bank Feeds Application Screen (MBCA2015) called Correct Links
By clicking on this button, the following window will be opened:
The system will try to automatically match the correct Application ID and Feed ID by searching for a corresponding account number:

If the Cash Account has an account number saved in Remittance Settings, this number will be used.

If no account number is stored in Remittance Settings, or no match is found in the BankFeed Gateway, the account number will instead be taken from the External Reference No. field of the associated Cash Accounts.

Click OK
If this is successful you'll see on the Track Bank Feed Applications screen pop up stating the result - Linking Application BFxxxx to ApplicationID xxxx and FeedID 301xxx![]()
The feed would now be showing with Success status
The final step is to activate the feed
If unsuccessful click on Correct Links again and enter the account number without - (hyphens) on the Account Number column. If feed is a Credit Card: enter the last 4 digits of the card in the Credit Card Last 4 Digits column

Then on the Track Bank Feed Applications screen you'll see a pop up stating the result - Linking Application BFxxxx to ApplicationID xxxx and FeedID 301xxx![]()
