Bankfeeds - when Azure AD (Entra) SSO is active you can't "Sign Up" for new MYOB ID users in product.

Issue

When Azure AD (Azure Entra / SSO) has been enabled as MFA provider for a MYOB Acumatica site, there is nowhere in product that you can sign up for a new MYOBID account if you have never had one.

This primarily affects Bankfeeds signup, but could have some impact for Pay Super registrations for new customers.

 

Workaround

To create a new MYOBID account go to the MYOB Community forum at https://community.myob.com/ 
And use the Register link at the top of the screen, this will let you create a new account which can then be used as normal.

Full resolution will be included in 2024.2.200 where the Sign in link on the Bankfeeds screen will send you to Sign Up or Sign In depending on whether your email address already has a MYOBID account.
