Bankfeeds refresh not working - Looking on Track Bank Feed Applications we can see it has a Feed ID, however the refresh does not update the status

Issue

Bankfeeds refresh not working

Users may have received an email from MYOB Bankfeeds saying the application is ready. When looking on Track Bank Feed Applications we can see the application line has a Feed ID, however using the action refresh does not update the status 

 

 

Workaround

Contact MYOB Support for a script fix to update the status of the feed
