In the Cost Roll (AM509000) screen, BOMs don’t appear automatically when the screen opens — this is by design.
BOMs are only displayed after selecting Roll Costs, based on the parameters entered at the top of the screen.

If parameters are left blank, all BOMs will appear once you click Roll Costs.

If filters are set (for example, Item Class or Level), only matching BOMs will be displayed.
