Currency Rates Decimal Places is not maintained on Rate Selection on Funds Transfers Screen

Issue

When transferring funds from one account to another in different currencies, the user wants to use exchange rates given by the bank for that transaction.
Using CA301000 – funds transfers, when the user input exchange rate with with more than 3  decimal places, the system is reverting to only 3.
