Customer Pop-up note does not work on Project Quote (PM301000) or Project screen (PM304500)

Status: Currently working as designed. However, Acumatica have raised a Change Request for this

Issue

We added a pop-up note in customer, we expect this note to pop up in any transaction if this customer is selected. It works as expected in Sales Orders and Service Orders but not for Project Quotes (PM304500) and Projects (PM301000)
