Customers that have Restrict Visibility enabled can be selected via the Projects screen

The Customer and Supplier lists are appropriately restricted on most data entry screens, such as the Invoice and Memo screen (AR301000). However, in the Projects module, customers with "Restrict Visibility" enabled are still visible for selection.

Issue

The Customer and Supplier lists are appropriately restricted on most data entry screens, such as the Invoice and Memo screen (AR301000). However, in the Projects module, customers with "Restrict Visibility" enabled are still visible for selection.

Workaround

Restrict customer access by using the Customer Access (AR102000) screen:

1. Create a new customer restriction group with the inverse group type
2. Select customers to which the client wants to restrict access
3. Select users for which access to selected customers should be restricted.

In the Sales Demo example, if we create a customer restriction group and include Customer ID = BIBIMBAB and user = admin to this group, the system will not allow admin user to select restricted BIBIMBAB customer on the Projects (PM301000) form.
