      Some customised Screens may become unavailable after sites upgrade to 2024.1.100

      When a site is upgraded from 2023.1 to 2024.1.100, some customised screens are unavailable

      Status: Fixed in 2024.1.200

      Issue

      When a site is upgraded from 2023.1 to 2024.1.100, some customised screens are missing, even though the access rights are set to Granted for the users.

      Workaround

      From the Access Right by Role Screen (SM201025), set the users' roles access right for the customised screen to Revoked, and save. And change back to Granted and save.
