Dealing with unsent emails
If an email fails to send from MYOB Acumatica, or if it gets stuck pending processing, you can either try to resend them or delete them.
Start by clicking an unsent email on the All Emails form (CO409070) to open it on the Email Activity form.

Resending an email
If the email's status is:
- Failed – Click the three dots icon on the Email Activity toolbar
and choose Send.
- Pending Processing – You don't need to do anything extra. The email is in the queue and will be sent automatically.
Deleting an email
To delete an email, click the Delete icon on the Email Activity toolbar .
If the email's status is Pending Processing, click the red Cancel Sending button first to take it out of the sending queue.
