Deleted Purchase Order Still Linked to Service Order

Issue
You may find that a deleted Purchase Order remains linked to a Service Order and still appears in the Create Purchase Order screen
This is the current intended behavior in the system. Users are not allowed to delete a line from the service order if it is linked to a purchase order for which a purchase receipt has already been created and released.
As a workaround, you can update the quantity of the line item to zero by following these steps:
- In the Service Order, go to the Details tab.
- Select the line item with relevant Ref Nbr, then click on Line Details.
- Change the quantity of the line associated with the receipt to 0.
- Save the changes.
If the PO receipt has already been released, the system will prevent deletion to protect historical accuracy. In this case please contact MYOB Support for a workaround script
