      Deleted Sub production Orders are still showing in Critical Materials Screen

      Once a sub production order is created, The link is not getting deleted from parent order. Therefore the deleted sub production order is still visible in Critical Material Screen (AM401000). Due to the same bug, deleted Subassembly order is also visi
