Help with how to use your software is included with MYOB Care subscriptions and Key User Assistance packages. If you do not have a plan we'll give you a quote based on the size and complexity of the problem.

If you can't find the help you need in our comprehensive self-service resources, our team is available to help you.

Help using your software is included with MYOB Care subscriptions and Key User Assistance packages. This includes help with:

  • Stepping you through a pay run
  • Explaining why a report is showing a particular figure
  • Understanding and correcting leave balances

More complex consultancy work is not covered by MYOB Care. This includes:
