Back-filling missed timesheets and entering them for users who are away
Avoid entering timesheets for future dates.
When you open the Daily Time Cards form, it defaults to your personal employee record and today's date.
However, sometimes you may need to fill in time cards you've missed, or enter a time card for another user if they're on leave or otherwise unable to do it.
To do make this change, just change the Date and Employee fields on the time card screen.
You need extra access permissions to enter time cards for other users, so check with your system administrator if you have any problems.
