Emails showing as 'Failed' or 'Pending Processing' but being sent and received
When going to the 'All Emails' screen, emails are showing as 'Failed' or 'Pending Processing' in the Mail Status but is actually being sent successfully to the receiver.

Issue
When going to the 'All Emails' screen, emails are showing as either 'Failed' or 'Pending processing' in the Mail Status, however the emails are being sent successfully to the receiver.
- 2023R1 shows 'Failed'
- 2024R1 shows 'Failed'
- 2024R2 shows 'Pending Processing'
Workaround
A customization package is available as a temporary fix until Acumatica resolves the issue
- This package will correct future emails, but will not update any already generated ones
- Please contact support for the customization package
As part of the workaround, the general recommendation is to:
- Deactivate automation schedules
- Delete any pending or failed emails. For instructions on how to delete emails, see Dealing with unsent emails
- Publish customization
- Reactivate automations
If you are experiencing re-triggering of emails. Please delete the 'failed' / 'pending processing' status emails in the 'All Emails' screen to prevent them from re-triggering.
