Equipment Action Not Populated When Converting Quotes to Sales Orders

Issue

When a sales order is created from a CRM quote, the Equipment Action field is set to N/A for all line items, even when the related stock items are configured as Model Equipment or Equipment Components.

Cause

CRM Quotes and Opportunities do not support the equipment-related fields required to determine the correct Equipment Action during conversion. As a result, the field defaults to N/A when the sales order is created from a quote.

Workaround

After converting the quote, manually update the Equipment Action field on applicable sales order lines before processing.
