Error: “Cash account is under the matching process. Your changes will be lost”
When using Process Bank Transactions (CA501000), if you receive the following error message when saving or matching transactions:
“Cash account is under the matching process. Your changes will be lost.”
This can occur if an Auto-Match process was started but did not complete successfully.
To clear the matching process lock:
- Open Process Bank Transactions (CA501000).
- Select the affected cash account.
- Run Auto-Match again and allow the process to complete.
- Once complete, select Unmatch All if required.
- Retry matching or saving the transactions.
If the issue continues after completing the steps above, contact support for further investigation.
