No snapshot entitlement record found for accrual pay item / Failed to compare two elements in the array / Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute

Issue

Any of the below error messages may occur when trying to complete the Pay Run: 

  •  Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute 
  •  Failed to compare two elements in the array 
  •  Error creating GL entries for employee: <EmployeeID>. No snapshot entitlement record found for accrual pay item: <PayItemID>

 

Workaround

There are two options for a workaround: 

  •  Remove and readd the mentioned Pay Item for that Employee, then Recalculate the Pay 
  • Or, change the Generate Payslip setting so that Payslips are generated manually after the Pay Run
