Error: "You don't have access to this page" when trying to create or view support requests
If you get this error, it means that you are not authorised to create support requests for your company.
MYOB Acumatica support requests can only be created by a limited number of authorised users.
If you try to create a support request and get the error "You don't have access to this page", it means you are not one of your company's authorised users.

To become an authorised user, speak to your MYOB Acumatica system administrator — they can create a support request to add or change users.
