Errors occur after printing forms when Modern UI is enabled

Issue

After upgrading the site to version 2025.201.202.107 and enabling Modern UI, errors occur when printing any report forms. The toolbar at the top is missing, and users are unable to drag the trace because the buttons are hidden. For example, the Print, Export, and Edit toolbar options do not appear on report forms, and only the error message is displayed

Workaround

Users can switch back to the Classic UI to avoid these errors. Alternatively, the reports can still be used despite the error message; however, the experience is not ideal as the Print, PDF, and Export options are unavailable
