Errors preventing PaySuper registration
There are two errors you might get when registering for PaySuper on the Pay Superannuation tab of the Payroll Preferences form (MPPP1100):
- "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."
- "Whoops, we've hit a snag! You need to be an AccountRight online administrator, or the MYOB account owner, to sign up for MYOB Pay Super."

Our Operations and Billing support team can help you register for PaySuper.
If you're a partner already using Hubspot, use the Operations and Billing Pipeline in Hubspot to create a ticket for our team.
- Go to our Operations and Billing Team Requests form.
- In the Request (Ticket) Name field, enter a relevant ticket name like 'PaySuper access'
- Complete the required fields, including entering your company name and BA number (if you have one).
- From the Ops and Billing Ticket Type list, choose General Request.
- In the Tell us some more about your enquiry field, enter the following:
- CFID and serial number (SN), which you can find in the URL of the error message.
- Your name.
- The email address you used to log in to MYOB Acumatica when you tried to register for PaySuper.

- Click Submit.
