Maintenance windows are running from THURSDAY 20:00:00 AEDT (10 PM NZDT) to FRIDAY 06:30:00 AEDT (8:30 AM NZDT)
During these maintenance windows, affected users will be unable to log in and will see an error 'scheduled maintenance in progress' when entering their username/password into the Secure Authentication login window
Maintenance will be completed in the first half of 2026. Affected users will only be impacted once during this time
