Get started with MYOB's Pay Super service

MYOB's Pay Super service is a free super clearing house service, included with your MYOB Acumatica subscription.

Pay Super is a free superannuation clearing house service, included in your MYOB Acumatica subscription. It's integrated directly into your payroll workflow, so you can meet your super obligations in a flash.

With Payday Super coming in July, your super payments need to be paid as part of every pay, which makes using Pay Super even more convenient.

To get started, first send us an application for a Pay Super account then, once your account is ready, register it in your MYOB Acumatica site. Then you'll be ready to start making payments.

1. Apply for a Pay Super account

To apply for a Pay Super account you need to find your serial number and CDFID, then create a support request with us (for direct customers) or email them to your MYOB Acumatica partner.

MYOB's Pay Super service uses MYOB ID to link your account to your MYOB site. If you use the purple button to sign in to MYOB, you already have one.

First, log into MYOB Acumatica and follow these instructions to find your serial number and CDFID.

If you have MYOB Acumatica through one of our business partners, send this information to them and they will apply on your behalf. If you are an MYOB direct customer, create a support request with the following details:

  • Are you an MYOB Partner or Customer?: Customer
  • Email address: Your email address
  • Subject: MYOB Pay Super application
  • Which MYOB Product does your request relate to? MYOB Acumatica Payroll
  • What can we help you with?: General account or billing query
  • What account area does your ticket relate to?: General Request

On the Request details screen, include:

  • Your first and last names.
  • Your serial number and CDFID — follow these instructions to find this information, then just paste in the full URL.

2. Register your Pay Super account

When your Pay Super account is ready, MYOB or your MYOB Acumatica partner will email you to let you know. You're now ready to register your Pay Super account in MYOB Acumatica.

3. Start using Pay Super

Once you have a Pay Super account and it is registered against your MYOB Acumatica site, you're ready to start using Pay Super to make superannuation payments using the Submit Payment action on the Superannuation Batch Details screen (MPPP5006).
