Getting started with automatic expense processing
Submit expense claims in seconds with AI-powered image recognition
MYOB Acumatica's automatic expense processing feature lets your users submit expense claims in seconds by taking a photo of the receipt using the MYOB Acumatica mobile app.
Before you start, make sure you've turned on MYOB Acumatica's AI features.
Once you've switched it on, there's no setup — the new Capture Expense Receipt option will be available the next time your users log in.
Only on iOS for now
We're working on getting automatic expense processing working with Android devices.
Capturing an expense receipt
- Log into the MYOB Acumatica mobile app.
- Tap Time and Expenses.
- Tap the menu button next to Expense Receipts.

- Tap Capture Expense Receipt.
A camera opens. You may need to give the mobile app access to your phone. - Take a photo of the receipt. Make sure you capture the whole thing.
Captured expense recepts show up in the Expense Receipts screen (EP301010) as normal, ready to be claimed.
