How to attach emails from Outlook
You can attach emails to records in MYOB Acumatica, such as Cases or Business Accounts, using drag and drop from Outlook by following these steps:

Open the record in MYOB Acumatica where you want to attach the email (for example, Cases → Activities tab).

In Outlook, select the email you want to attach.

Drag the email into a folder in Windows File Explorer.

From File Explorer, drag the email into the Activities tab in Acumatica.

The email will be uploaded as a file, and you can view it under the Files tab.
Using File Explorer as an intermediary ensures the full email, including attachments, is stored correctly in MYOB Acumatica.
