How to Remove Flare Super from a Full WFM Site

If you need to remove Flare Super from your WFM site, follow these steps:

  1. Disable Flare Super Integration

    • Go to Management > Settings > Integrations.

    • Locate Flare Super under WFM Integrations, then disable and delete it.

    • Once removed, Flare Super will no longer appear in the Integrations screen.

  2. Access the Onboarding Workflow

    • Navigate to the Onboarding Workflows screen.

    • Select the workflow that contains the Super step you want to update.

  3. Update the Super Step

    • Find the Super line and edit the step.

    • Change the option from “Super via Flare Apollo” to “Super”.

 

If you don’t see the Super option in the dropdown, try refreshing the page.

 

4. Save Your Changes

    • After selecting the correct Super option, update the step to save your changes.

Once completed, your workflow will use the standard Super setup instead of Flare Super.
