How to resolve 'Your authorization has expired. Sign in again to proceed' 

A user may encounter this error when attempting to send an email in MYOB Acumatica 

Why this happens:
This error occurs because the authorization for your email account has expired.

 

Solution: 

Navigate to the Email Accounts screen (SM204002)

Select the affected email account 

Click on Sign-In 

A pop-up box will appear:
If your account is listed, select it and confirm.
If not, enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.


Once signed in, retry sending the email
