HyperLink from Open Pay run to Pay Summary Report does not work

Issue

Link to Open Pay run from Pay Summary Report does not work. This is only happening for an open pay run when a payment summary is generated from the payrun. 

Workaround

Generate the report from the Pay Summary Report screen directly and not through the hyperlink
