Issue
In some cases, users are not able to access help articles by using the Open Help button located near the top right corner of the top pane of the Acumatica ERP screen.
As a result, attempting to view any help article resulted in a "Not found" error, and all links in the built-in help articles appeared in red, as shown in the screenshot below.
Workaround
Access help information from MYOB Acumatica Online Help
