In the Send and Receive email screen, user is getting error message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.

Issue

In the Send and Receive email screen, user is getting error message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. This error happens for Action set as Send all. The same error message comes up when you view any of the System Email account (SM204002) and select actions as Send All. In the Automation schedule history (SM205035) for Schedule - Send Emails, shows same error message for all system accounts. 

 

Workaround

Select None in the Archive Emails box on the Email Preferences (SM204001) form
