      Incorrect limit on IRD deductions when current pay is changed

      If an employee has a legislated IRD deduction, it gets applied correctly when the current pay is created from the standard pay. When there is a change to the current pay, the recalculation incorrectly applies the limit and sets it to 0.

      Remove the item and add it back.
