After upgrading a site to MYOB Acumatica Business version 2021.1, you might come across these two issues with generic inquiries:
- The Generic Inquiry screen might disappear from MYOB Acumatica.
- Generic inquiry dashboards might not work.
There's a different procedure to fix each of the two issues.
Restoring the Generic Inquiry screen
You need to assign a new screen ID to the Sms Usage page.
- In MYOB Acumatica Business, go to the Site Map page.
- In the search bar on the top right of the page, enter
GI000085
. - In Sms Usage row, enter
MY.SM.10.11
in the Screen ID field. - Repeat this procedure for each tenant on the site.
Fixing a DL dashboard
- Open the Dashboard Designer.
- For the affected dashboard, click the edit icon.
- In the Widget Properties window, enter Generic Inquiry in the Inquiry Screen field.
