Site inaccessible or login buttons missing

Issue

This issue may either appear as a full site down, or login buttons are missing from the login screen

The cause is a Generic Inquiry imported from 2025.2 + where the "SelectedUI" was set to "Default" (Value D). Following the import of the GI an invalid value is in the SiteMap for the screen that was imported. Whether the site fails to load completely, or is just missing login buttons, depends on where the GI was during the site load.

 

Workaround

Contact MYOB support to have the SiteMap checked and corrected.
