Issue

Login Error: “An item with the same key has already been added”

This issue is caused when multiple tenants have the same name (even with different capitalisation). The system treats them as identical, causing a conflict during login.

 

Workaround

There are  options which can be utilized as a workaround: 

Access the system via a bookmark or direct link, you’re taken straight to a specific tenant where this issue doesn’t occur.

Or log in using a direct tenant URL by adding your Company Key: myobadvanced.com/Frames/Login.aspx?CompanyID=YOURCOMPANYKEY


To fix the issue: 

  1. Update the CompanyKey for the idetentical company to be unique

  2. Contact Support to run MYOBID Auth job
