New user signup emails for 2024.210.100.3447 not loading correctly.

Issue

Template emails for user account creation & security do not look correct when viewed in Outlook or via GMail web browser.

This applies to the following transactional security emails from MYOB Acumatica:

  • New User
  • Password Recovery
  • 2FA signup 
Emails do not appear correct, and in the case of 2FA signup emails the links included may be hard to use.  
 
Emails look fine if viewed inside of Acumatica sent emails/all email screens.
 

Workaround

To complete 2FA signup for affected users,

Go to the External Identity Management screen ( MYSM2065 ).

And sign up for 2 factor association manually by following the instructions to Associate your Account
