Migrating super fund error (AU)
If you have any open or uncompleted super batches, then migrating a super fund on the Superannuation Funds form (MPPP2152) can cause an error: "Fund is assigned to payments that are being processed in a Superannuation Batch, migration can only be done when there are no payments being processed."
Fix the error by approving and paying all batches
Before migrating a superannuation fund, make sure that:
- All super batch payments are authorised. After a batch is authorised, it takes a few days for the payment to process.
- All super batches have either the Paid status (if you use SAFF) or Completed (if you use Pay Super).
