Secure Authentication button missing after site upgrade.

Following upgrade the purple secure authentication button or the SSO button may not be visible.

Issue

For some sites, after upgrade to 2024.1 or 2024.2 the secure authentication option is disappearing from the login screen.

Workaround

For Secure Authentication (MYOBID) sites, raise a case with your support partner so we can action required site changes.  If reporting cases, use the reference ADV-67292.

For Azure Entra ID (SSO) sites, try disabling and reenabling the SSO feature via the Security Preferences screen.
