Mobile App error - java.sql.SQLException: Getting a writable database from helper failed

Issue

When using the MYOB Acumatica mobile app users are encountered with an error - 'java.sql.SQLException: Getting a writable database from helper failed'

Workaround

Use Browser online  

or

1. Clear the cache from the MYOB Acumatica app (Andriod only)

2. Delete the app

3. Download/install the app again 

To clear the cache from your Andriod device:

Hold down the app button on your device, until the pop up for App info appears. Select this 

Click on the Storage and Cache setting

Then click on clear cache
